Kwik Sew 3609 Misses' Swimwear & Dress Description: Empire style dress and swimwear top have top edge finished with elastic. Cups are double and gather at side seams and interlock at center front. Optional straps tie at back neckline.

View B is top and panties. Panties have lined front, and waist and leg openings are finished with elastic.
Designed for stretch knits only with 75% stretch. Suggested Fabrics: Fabrics with spandex or Lycra®, swimwear fabric.
